Arizona School Tax Credits Make a Difference

A state tax credit is available for contributions to support extracurricular activities in public schools. Student activities like orchestras and field trips can benefit. Tax credits are a great way to support our kids in the Performing Arts!

As an Arizona taxpayer, you have the unique opportunity to redirect a portion of your state tax dollars to support public education. The credit generally allows you to contribute $200 per individual tax return or $400 per joint tax return to any school’s extracurricular program. It’s easy to make your tax contribution online!

Steps to donate as a parent: 

1.  Sign into Infinite Campus as a parent.
2. Choose More on the lefthand menu.
3. Choose Make a Payment InTouch.
4. Choose the student’s name.
5. Choose Items at a Student’s School.
6. Choose Tax Credits.
7. Choose General.
8. Scroll to Orchestra.
9. Enter the amount you wish to donate and select the Buy button.
10. At the top, your cart should now have the amount you entered.
11. Repeat steps 4-9 for any other donations you wish to make.
12. Choose Checkout and walk through the process.
13. Print or download your receipt and give a copy of it to the Booster Treasurer.

Community donations, i.e. anyone who isn’t a parent or cannot access your Infinite Campus portal, have a different process that is easily done through GilbertSchools.net.

Additionally, anyone may print and send this form into the Campo Bookstore with a check or cash. Please note ORCHESTRA on this form along with the child’s name.
