Cut Time
Cut Time is a wonderful tool that allows parents/guardians to keep track of their child’s fees and trip payments, fundraising profits, Regional and All-State fees (for students who choose to participate) and tax credits. Individual student fundraising profits rollover from school year to school year when not used, so if your child raised funds last year and did not use them all for a trip payment, you will see that profit still reflected on their account.
To set up an account on Cut Time, follow these instructions:

1. Go to the Cut Time website.
2. If you already have an account, scroll to the bottom and select the link there to sign in.
3. If you need a new account, follow these steps.

  • Start typing Campo Verde Orchestra Boosters in the space for “Subscribing schools/groups”.
  • A list of schools will auto-populate based on the data provided.
  • Once your organization/school has come up, click on it for the name to populate into the box.

4. From the “Your position” drop-down menu, select the appropriate position for yourself, usually Parent/Guardian.
5. Based on your position selection continue to fill in the appropriate profile information.

  • Please include your email and phone number at a minimum.
  • Not all information requested is required.

6. Once all information is filled out correctly and is submitted you will receive an on-screen confirmation.

Once your profile has been verified by the administrator you will receive an email with a link to create a user name and password.
