You will receive an itinerary that includes more specific times of activities and arrival/departure times as we near closer to our trip date. Below, you can find a rough itinerary of our activities. If your child is attending the trip with Orchestra, please plan to attend our trip meeting on Tuesday, March 19th from 6:30-7:30 PM in the Orchestra Room.
Reminder, our first trip payment of $100 is due on Monday, October 29th. You can pay this payment through tax credit (information can be found here: http://www.gilbertschools.net/parent_zone/tax_credit_donation ) or you can write a check payable to CVHS OPO or have your child bring cash in an envelope clearly labeled with your child’s first and last name. If your child already has enough fundraising money in their account, then that will be applied to their trip payment. If you are interested in chaperoning our trip, chaperone applications will be emailed out next week.
