Due to being out for health reasons, the playing quiz is rescheduled to MONDAY, NOVEMBER 26TH in class. This will be graded by me, not their section coaches. Please encourage your child to practice their music over the holiday weekend.
We are selling Gold Canyon Candles until Monday, December 3rd. Today, your child will be given a Gold Canyon Candle packet with all of the information that they need to sell and collect money.
Group Yearbook Pictures are scheduled for FRIDAY, November 30th. Students need to be in full concert uniform, including shoes and hair pulled back. This is part of their participation grade that day. Pictures will be taken during their regularly scheduled classes. If you would like to purchase a group picture, students have been given an order form that you can fill out and send back with them on Friday.
Our concert is on Thursday, December 13th @ 7 PM. Please look at the attached flyer for more details. Also, please help us advertise. The students sound wonderful and you don’t want to miss this concert.
Last but not least, all of our classes are participating in Adopt-A-Family here on campus. We have adopted 1-2 small families per each class. It is not required that students participate, but if your child would like to participate, they can sign up to buy an item for one of the family members or donate money for a Fry’s Gift Card that goes towards the family’s holiday dinner.
