The students have been working so hard to prepare a wonderful night of music for you on Thursday, October 3, 7 p.m., in the auditorium. Admission is FREE. Invite your family and friends.
Students need to arrive in full concert uniforms, including black socks for gentleman and black tights for ladies. All students should have hair pulled back from their faces and minimal jewelry. Student call time is 6:15 p.m. in the orchestra room. Please make an effort to get your child to school by this time to allow adequate time for tuning and warm up; it is part of their concert grade. If your child is going to be late for the call time due to sports/clubs, please email me at crystal.payne@gilbertschools.net so that they are not marked tardy.
For our audience members:
Doors to the auditorium lobby will open at 6 p.m.; doors to the auditorium for seating will open at 6:30 p.m.
Our parent boosters will be holding a 50/50 raffle in the lobby: $5 for one ticket, $10 for 3 tickets (must be present to win).
LuLaRoe representatives will be selling items online. Check out what is on sale and, if you find something cute, part of your purchase goes directly to the orchestra program.
Butter Braids samples will be available at the end-of-concert reception in the cafeteria! This fundraiser will begin the next day and continue through October 18.
We will be live streaming the concert for family and friends who cannot attend. A link will be provided closer to the date.
