Parents,

 We have two open board positions for the next school year and we need volunteers to fill the positions. Many hands make light work and we’d love to have you come join us! Nominations and voting will take place at our next meeting on WEDNESDAY, MAY 8th from 7-8 PM in the Orchestra Room.

Objective of CVHS Parent Booster


To provide support to the Orchestra Director regarding performance, educational, and opportunities for the ensembles and to help raise funds for extra materials and programs in addition to what is provided by the district, as determined by the Organization.


All booster members work together to make every concert/event/fundraiser to be successful. No one person is left to do everything by him/herself.

 President 

Preside at all meetings, coordinate and oversee work of officers and committees, appoint chairperson of standing committees. 

Secretary 

Keep accurate record of proceedings of all meetings, distribute unofficial minutes to all members (via email) to be approved at meetings, maintain CVHS Parent Booster Book of Record, conduct necessary correspondence for the Organization in cooperation with the Executive Board, submit digital copies of approved minutes to CVHS office.
