I hope that everyone had a wonderful and restful Thanksgiving. A few quick things:
1. The parent booster treasurer and myself have been working hard to use our new Charms Office program (details on this were previously emailed out) to keep track of payments to the boosters and tax credits to the school. We have now updated all tax credit and payments received. You should be able to log in and see your account or you may have received an email with your financial statement. This is the first year that we have used this program, so I’m not certain what it looks like on your end. If you see that you have not paid your “fixed payment”, that refers to the $25 fee that was due at the beginning of the year which pays for your child’s T-Shirts and uniform dry cleaning. Please make sure that you pay this as soon as possible. Cash or check made payable to CVHS OPO.
2. Students who are in Chamber and Symphonic Strings and are attending our Anaheim trip, remember that your next payment of $100 is due on Monday, November 26th.
3. ALL STUDENTS in all orchestras have a playing quiz in class on Monday, November 26th. Make sure that you practice in preparation for this quiz.
4. One final note: Please plan on having your child at our concert for an early call time of 5:30 PM on Thursday, December 13th. This is the earliest that they will need to be there before a concert. We have an early call time so that all of our students have a chance to rehearse together for our concert finale. Thank you for your assistance with this.
